Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Medical Transcriptionist to join our hospital team. The candidate will be responsible for transcribing medical reports, doctors’ notes, and other clinical documentation accurately while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Transcribe doctors’ dictated notes, medical reports, and clinical records accurately.
Prepare and format medical documents, discharge summaries, and other healthcare-related reports.
Review and proofread transcribed documents for spelling, grammar, medical terminology, and accuracy.
Maintain and update patient records and medical documentation.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to clarify unclear or incomplete information.




Complete assigned transcription tasks within the required timelines.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant medical transcription qualifications or training are preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
Proficiency in MS Word and basic computer applications.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong listening and proofreading skills.
Valuable attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Positive communication and organizational skills.

Experience

Freshers with relevant training may apply. Candidates with prior medical transcription experience will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
