Job Description:

Discovery and design
Lead client discovery sessions and translate business problems into explicit scope, data requirements and success metrics.
Profile client data (ERP, accounting, Excel and other sources) and flag quality issues early.
Prepare BRDs/FRDs, project plans and acceptance criteria.

Build and delivery
Recommend where AI (LLMs, document extraction, forecasting, classification) adds value, and where a simpler rule or report is enough.
Coordinate with developers on automation and integration work (APIs, workflow tools).

Testing and quality assurance
Write test plans, test cases and test data for dashboards, reports, automations and AI workflows.
Validate data accuracy: reconcile outputs to source systems (ERP, books, client Excel files), check totals, filters, calculations and edge cases.
Test data pipelines and integrations for failures, duplicates, missing records and refresh issues.
Evaluate AI outputs against a defined test set: accuracy, hallucination, consistency and failure cases, with results documented.

Run functional, regression and performance checks after every change or release.
Plan and run UAT with client users, log defects, track them to closure and obtain formal sign-off.
Review the junior's test execution and maintain a reusable test checklist and defect log.
Support go-live and post-go-live stabilisation.

Team and client management
Guide and review the work of the junior consultant handling on-site data collection, testing support, training and troubleshooting.
Present findings, test results and limitations clearly to client management, and run regular review calls.
Maintain documentation in company systems and follow data confidentiality and security practices.
Support proposals and effort estimation, including testing effort.
