Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled and responsible Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and facilities, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily maintenance activities, including civil, electrical, plumbing, and other repair work.
Monitor building infrastructure and ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance.
Coordinate with technicians, electricians, plumbers, and external vendors.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Maintain maintenance records, work reports, and inventory of tools and materials.
Identify maintenance issues and ensure prompt resolution of complaints.




Monitor the quality of repair work and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Coordinate with management and other departments for maintenance requirements.

Requirements
Diploma or degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in building or facility maintenance.
Robust technical knowledge of civil, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.
Valuable team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to supervise technicians and manage multiple maintenance tasks.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
