Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in recruitment and talent sourcing. Freshers with a strong interest in HR and recruitment are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

No targets
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.




Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in preparing and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Support offer follow-ups and joining coordination.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
