Relationship Manager – Equity

Job Description:
We are looking for a target-oriented Relationship Manager – Equity to acquire and manage clients, generate brokerage revenue, and grow equity trading business.

Key Responsibilities:
Acquire current clients and generate brokerage revenue.
Manage and retain existing clients.
Share market updates, stock ideas, and trading insights.
Increase client trading activity and reactivate inactive clients.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.
Coordinate with Research, RMS, Operations, and Back Office teams.
Ensure quality client servicing and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
1–5 years of experience in Equity Broking / Stock Broking.
Solid knowledge of equity markets, Demat, and Trading Accounts.
Excellent communication, sales, and client relationship skills.
Target-driven with a focus on revenue generation.
NISM certification preferred.
