Job Description: OT & ICU Technician (Multitasking)

Job Title: OT & ICU Technician

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Qualification: Diploma in OT Technology, Dialysis Technology, or Critical Care Technology

Experience: Relevant experience in OT and ICU operations preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Operation Theatre (OT) Management
Prepare and maintain the OT setup before surgical procedures.
Set up and check anaesthesia machines and related equipment.
Assist surgeons and anaesthetists during surgical procedures.
Ensure the availability and proper functioning of OT instruments and equipment.
Follow sterilization, infection control, and OT safety protocols.

ICU Equipment Management
Set up and monitor ventilators and multiparameter monitors.
Assist with ABG (Arterial Blood Gas) sample collection and analysis, as per training and hospital protocols.
Ensure the proper functioning of ICU equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues.




Assist the clinical team in managing critical care equipment during non-surgery hours.
Support patient monitoring and emergency preparedness under the supervision of doctors and nurses.

Required Skills
Hands-on knowledge of OT setup and ICU equipment management.
Ability to handle both OT and ICU responsibilities as per hospital requirements.
Knowledge of anaesthesia machines, ventilators, patient monitors, and ABG equipment.
Robust teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently in emergency situations.
Willingness to perform multitasking duties as required.

Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000
