Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Company: Swastik Health Tech
Location: Sector 46, Gurgaon (In-Office / Day Shift)
Experience: Fresher Preferred
Salary: Up to ₹22,000 per month (In-Hand)
Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed Off)

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through inside sales, cold calling, and email outreach.
Client Engagement: Pitch Swastik Health Tech’s products/services effectively to prospective B2C clients.
Relationship Management: Maintain robust relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Data Management: Maintain a clean and accurate database of prospective clients and track sales pipelines daily.
Target Achievement: Meet daily calling targets and monthly business growth objectives set by the management.





Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, etc.).
Skills: Robust verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Attributes: High energy, confidence, persuasive phone etiquette, and a quick learner.
Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and internet browsing.
