Job Responsibilities
Design and analyze structural works for NHAI road projects.
Prepare structural drawings, design calculations, and specifications.
Review structural drawings and ensure compliance with project standards.
Coordinate with architects, site engineers, Subcontractors, and site teams.
Supervise structural construction activities and site execution.
Conduct site inspections and resolve structural issues.
Check quality of materials and structural workmanship.
Review shop drawings, method statements, and technical documents.
Provide technical guidance to site engineers and construction teams.
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety requirements.
Ensure structural works are completed as per approved drawings and schedule.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering.
8+ years of relevant experience in structural engineering - NHAI Projects.
Robust knowledge of RCC Retaining wall, Bridges, Box Culverts, Steel structures, foundations, and structural detailing.
Experience in road, bridge, building, and infrastructure projects.




Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design software such as STAAD.Pro / ETABS.
Positive knowledge of relevant IS Codes and construction standards.
Strong site supervision and problem-solving skills.
Good coordination, communication, and team-management skills.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and technical documents.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
