Job Opening: Petrol Pump Manager (BPCL Retail Outlet), Saharanpur, UP About us: A BPCL fuel station in Saharanpur looking for a reliable, experienced manager to run daily operations. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet and supervise pump attendants, cashiers and other staff Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure shifts are covered Take daily dip readings and reconcile stock against sales (fuel and lubricants) Maintain the daily sales report (DSR), cash handling and bank deposits Handle credit customers, fleet accounts and recovery of dues Ensure dispensers give correct quantity and quality, and keep calibration and density records Follow BPCL guidelines, audits and Marketing Discipline Guidelines (MDG) Maintain safety, fire-prevention and cleanliness standards Coordinate tanker unloading,



ordering and stock levels Deliver valuable customer service and resolve complaints Report daily to the owner Requirements: 2+ years of experience at a petrol pump, preferably as supervisor or manager Graduate or 12th pass (graduate preferred) Knowledge of stock reconciliation, DSR and basic accounting Basic computer/mobile skills (Excel, UPI/POS and BPCL apps) Honest, punctual and able to lead a team Saharanpur or nearby resident preferred Hindi required; basic English is a plus Documents needed: Aadhaar, PAN, address proof, previous experience letters, and police verification. Job type: Full time, 7 days a week, in office

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
