We are looking for a well-organized, presentable and client-focused PA cum Client Handling Executive to support the management and manage day-to-day client interactions and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a Personal Assistant to the management and manage day-to-day administrative activities.
Handle client communication through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.




Respond to client queries and ensure timely follow-ups.
Manage appointments, schedules, meetings and calendars.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, client requirements, deliveries and operational matters.
Maintain client records, documents and relevant information.
Prepare reports, presentations, quotations and basic correspondence as required.
Coordinate with clients regarding orders, payments, feedback and post-sales requirements.
Assist management in meetings, events, client visits and other activities.
Maintain confidentiality while handling management and client-related information.
Perform other administrative and coordination responsibilities assigned by management.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
