We are looking for friendly and professional Front Office Staff to greet guests, handle calls, and support front desk operations. If you are organised, polite, and love customer service, we'd love to meet you.

Job Responsibilities:
Handle guest enquiries, calls, and messages.
Manage room reservations and bookings.
Assist with guest check-in and check-out.
Handle billing, payments, and daily records.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.(English and Malayalam mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge to operate hotel management software.
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
