Contact potential and existing customers to explain hospital services and treatments.
Follow up with customers regarding appointments, consultations, treatments, and enquiries.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer queries professionally and provide accurate information about available services.
Coordinate with doctors and relevant departments regarding customer enquiries and follow-ups.
Collect customer feedback and maintain proper follow-up records.
Contact previous customers for feedback, service updates, and future appointments.
Support customer engagement activities and help improve customer retention.
Maintain daily call records, follow-up reports, and customer databases.
Handle customer concerns politely and escalate complaints to the concerned department when necessary.
Maintain customer confidentiality and follow hospital policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
