Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Restaurant Captain to manage daily service operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, and coordinate with the restaurant team to maintain high service standards.

Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations.
Welcome guests, manage seating arrangements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Take orders and ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
Guide and supervise stewards and service staff.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and restaurant service standards.
Assist with billing and ensure proper table management.

Requirements




Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar hospitality role preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Solid team management and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant service standards and food and beverage operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Salary and Perks
