Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to handle cost estimation, quantity calculations, and cost control for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs and cost estimates.
Calculate material quantities from construction drawings.
Prepare rate analysis and cost reports.
Monitor project budgets and expenses.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
Assist in preparing quotations and tender documents.
Requirements:
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Knowledge of quantity estimation and BOQ preparation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel is preferred.
Valuable analytical and communication skills.
Work Location: In person
