Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, maintain service standards, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, communication, and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
Monitor food quality, customer service, hygiene, and safety standards.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, and shift schedules.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and food costs.
Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
Coordinate with the kitchen team and service staff.
Monitor restaurant revenue, expenses, and operational performance.




Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or in a similar role.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant billing systems, inventory management, and cost control.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Candidates with experience in cafés, bars, or premium dining restaurants will be preferred.

Education

A degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
