Job Description: Commerce Graduate with at least 2+ years of experience (Industry+ BPO)
Prior experience of 1.5 + years in AP helpdesk process
Excellent verbal and written communication & business writing skills is a must
Fundamental knowledge of end to end P2P cycle must be strong
Experience in working on helpdesk ticketing tools e.g. salesforce. JIRA
Well versed in client management
Knowledge of daily, weekly & monthly reporting should be robust
Positive analytical and comprehension skills

Good Computer navigation and advanced excel skills
Responsibilities: Handle vendor queries through emails and calls
Research transaction in order to resolve issues with ordered and received goods or services, invoice non-payments, remittance advices or any other P2P queries
Follow up daily with suppliers to ensure timely invoice submission
Maintaining excellent communication with all the business stakeholders
Monitor query log aging and support / respond queries




Perform quality check for responded queries as per the established QC process
Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures

Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with the SLA and Internal standards are met
