Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.
Reporting & Coordination: Monitor team performance and submit daily work reports to management.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the sales and marketing team.




Develop strategies to increase sales and generate leads.
Monitor daily marketing activities and customer follow-ups.
Coordinate customer site visits and booking activities.
Track sales performance and ensure target achievement.

Qualification & Experience
Any degree preferred.
Experience in real estate sales and marketing preferred.
Leadership and team management experience is an added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience, plus performance incentives

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
