WSNE Consulting is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Professional Recruiter with proven experience in end-to-end IT and Non-IT recruitment (Financial Hiring) . The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in hiring across a wide range of IT / NON IT hiring for PAN India locations and thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Prior experience in recruiting for or working with Big 4 clients will be a significant advantage.

Role & responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Handle PAN India hiring for multiple IT / NON IT roles across junior, mid, and senior levels.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen candidates for technical and behavioral fit and coordinate interviews with technical and business stakeholders.
Work on requirements related to IT / NON IT technologies such as Java, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), SAP Modules , FNA, FPNA , Taxation , Audit , Customer services and other emerging technologies.
·Maintain solid communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.




Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and timelines.
Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, quality benchmarks, and documentation processes.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS or internal tracking systems.

Preferred candidate profile

IMMEDIATE JOINERS ARE PREFERRED
6 months to 3 years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment
Robust understanding of IT skill sets, particularly Java, Cloud technologies, SAP, Salesforce , AI/ML, FNA, FPNA and related domains.
Proven experience in PAN India hiring and working with multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with major job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and sourcing techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.
