Job Description for Technical Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to support the design, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of horticultural lighting and control systems. The role involves customer support, technical problem-solving, and coordination with sales and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Design lighting layouts and perform PPFD and DLI calculations.

· Configure lighting control software, schedules, and network connectivity.

· Support system installation, commissioning, testing, and customer training.

· Troubleshoot electrical, networking, software, and equipment-related issues.

· Provide remote and in office technical support to customers.

· Coordinate with engineering teams on product defects and improvements.

· Support sales with technical proposals, quotations, and customer presentations.

· Maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Agricultural Engineering,



or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

· 3+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or systems integration.

· Hands-on experience with LED lighting, industrial controls, or networked equipment.

· Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety.

· Practical understanding of Ethernet, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, routers, and remote access.

· Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot technical issues.

Preferred Skills

· Experience in horticultural lighting, greenhouses, or vertical farming.

· Knowledge of PAR, PPFD, DLI, and light spectrum.

· Familiarity with greenhouse climate control, Modbus, MQTT, or DALI protocols.

Travel: Customer-site visits may be required for installation, commissioning, and technical support.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
