Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing or factory operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine maintenance, production support, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth functioning of factory equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain machinery, equipment, and mechanical systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Troubleshoot mechanical faults and implement effective solutions.
Support daily production activities and ensure smooth factory operations.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality control teams.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and factory operating procedures.




Maintain maintenance records, technical reports, and equipment documentation.
Assist in improving production efficiency and reducing operational costs.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2–3 years of relevant experience in a factory or manufacturing setup.
Practical knowledge of mechanical equipment, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance and industrial safety practices.
Valuable problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced manufacturing workplace.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
