Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and site requirements.
Check measurements and maintain proper records of work executed.
Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, vendors, and project management.
Ensure proper quality of construction work and adherence to approved specifications.
Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required at site.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurements, and work reports.
Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and clients whenever required.
Ensure compliance with site safety practices and construction procedures.




Monitor project progress and report delays or issues to the senior management.
Assist in quantity estimation, material planning, billing, and verification of contractor bills.
Ensure proper housekeeping and protected working conditions at the project site.
Coordination between client, architect, contractor and execution team regarding civil work.
