Nityas Gems & Jewellery Limited is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Order Handling & Follow-up Executive to manage customer orders, maintain order records and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day jewellery orders and enter order details accurately into company software.
Maintain customer details, order numbers, item codes, jewellery specifications and delivery requirements.
Follow up on pending orders and regularly update order status.
Coordinate with the CAD, Production, Accounts and other departments for order processing.
Track order progress and follow up with the concerned teams to avoid unnecessary delays.
Verify order details and ensure that the information entered into the system is accurate.
Maintain proper order files, records, Excel sheets and reports.
Highlight pending orders, discrepancies and urgent requirements to the concerned team.




Communicate professionally with internal departments and provide timely updates.
Ensure proper documentation and completion of order-related activities.

Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in order handling, order processing or jewellery manufacturing will be preferred.
Positive computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of ERP or jewellery manufacturing software will be an advantage.
Valuable coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
Responsible, organised and willing to learn.

Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in jewellery order processing and coordination with production departments will be preferred.
