Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
Understand US IT requirements and match candidates to suitable positions.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Requirements:
Experience in US IT recruitment is preferred.
Knowledge of US IT technologies, job portals, and recruitment processes.
Positive communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
