Job Description:
Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, motivate, and manage the branch staff.
Develop new business and achieve monthly targets.
Handle customer relationships, queries, and complaints.
Monitor chit collections, payments, and overdue follow-ups.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with the head office and ensure branch profitability.
Requirements:
Experience in the chit fund industry is preferred.
Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Valuable knowledge of chit operations, collections, and customer handling.
Ability to achieve business targets and manage branch activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
