Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.




Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster qualified growth.
Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
Positive To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), PySpark.
Strong knowledge of cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms.
Experience in designing scalable data pipelines and managing big data workflows.
Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex data processing issues.
Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks and data integration techniques.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
