We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager/Procurement Manager to manage procurement activities at our construction site, ensuring timely availability of quality construction materials at competitive prices while maintaining cost efficiency and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement of construction materials - plumbing, electrical, tiles, and other building materials.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive prices and favourable payment terms.
Ensure timely delivery of materials as per site requirements and construction schedules.
Coordinate with the site engineers, project manager, and store department to plan material requirements.
Prepare and manage purchase orders, quotations, comparative statements, and purchase records.
Monitor material prices, market trends, supplier performance, and delivery schedules.
Maintain proper documentation of purchases, invoices, delivery challans, and bills.
Ensure quality and quantity of materials received as per purchase orders and approved specifications.




Control procurement costs, minimize wastage, and prevent unnecessary purchases.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.

Required Skills & Experience:
1–3 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate procurement.
Solid knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and market rates.
Valuable negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation.
Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and meet tight project deadlines.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
