Job Title: Junior Quantity Surveyor (Site)

Role Summary:

The Junior Quantity Surveyor will be based at the project site and will handle measurement, billing and contract records for subcontractor works.

Key Responsibilities:
Take off quantities from drawings and record measurements at site
Enter and maintain measurement sheets
Prepare and verify subcontractor Running Account (RA) bills
Verify bills submitted by contractors against work orders, approved rates and measured quantities
Maintain records of work orders, rates and amendments
Record and track client-requested changes and variations
Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to verify measurements

Qualification and Experience:
B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, or Diploma in Civil Engineering
1–2 years of site experience in quantity surveying and billing
Working knowledge of IS 1200 measurement methods, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
Experience on residential building projects preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
