IR / HR Executive

Location: Adajan, Surat
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate – HR, MSW, Labour Welfare or related field

Job Description:
We are looking for an IR/HR Executive to manage employee relations, labour compliance and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Manage labour law and statutory compliance.
Coordinate contractor compliance and workforce-related activities.
Handle EPF, ESIC and factory compliance.
Maintain statutory records, MIS and HR documentation.
Coordinate with government authorities when required.

Requirements:
Positive knowledge of Industrial Relations and Labour Laws.
1–2 years of relevant industrial/HR experience.
Valuable communication and documentation skills.
Willingness to work in an industrial workplace.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
