Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
Maintain candidate database and job postings on portals
Manage employee onboarding and documentation
Handle attendance, leave records, and HR reports
Support payroll coordination and employee queries
Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports
Ensure compliance with company policies
Conduct employee engagement activities

Required Skills:




Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
MBA in HR (Preferred but not mandatory)

Strong organizational skills
Problem-solving mindset

Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹18,000 (Based on experience & performance)
