Assist in preparing and cooking North Indian dishes such as curries, gravies, tandoori items, breads, and other regional specialties.
Perform basic food preparation, including cutting, chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
Follow recipes, standard operating procedures, and instructions from senior chefs.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items according to FIFO procedures.
Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
