Job Summary

Harwell Global Services is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Overseas HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for international job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen candidates based on job requirements and eligibility.
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/employers.
Explain overseas job opportunities, requirements, salary, and recruitment processes to candidates.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Achieve assigned recruitment and joining targets.




Maintain qualified communication with candidates and clients.

Requirements
Excellent communication skills, especially spoken English.
Positive interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Comfortable working with recruitment targets.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
Candidates with recruitment/overseas recruitment experience will be preferred.
