Your responsibilities

Handling escalations of customers and ensuring their satisfactory and timely resolution
Collate open call details and create a tracker for effective follow up




Follow up for the high ageing calls with technicians & ISPs and spare parts team
Custodian of entire open calls feedback mechanism for service operation
Coordinate with field team on CCC cases and ensure to close the CCC after obtaining the customer satisfaction
Liaison with HO functions like SPICE team, SPC, call center & controlling

Your profile
Minimum Experience: 07 Years
Preferred Qualification: Diploma/BE/Btech
