Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Department: Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overall financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and monthly/annual closures.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory audits, and other financial regulations.
Monitor company expenses, profitability, revenue, and cost optimization.
Manage taxation, audits, banking relationships, and financial risk.
Develop financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
Supervise the Accounts & Finance team and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Coordinate with management on financial performance, MIS reports, and strategic decisions.
Establish internal financial controls, policies,



and procedures.
Manage working capital, investments, and fund allocation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
CA / CMA / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
8–12+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a leadership role.
Solid knowledge of taxation, financial planning, compliance, and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
