Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 3+ years of experience in direct sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, client acquisition, and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to generate business and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients through direct sales and business development activities.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
Understand client requirements and present suitable IT services and solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations,



and commercial offers.
Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations to convert leads into business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain client information, sales pipelines, and follow-up records in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience in direct sales or business development.
Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to independently manage the sales pipeline and meet targets.
Experience in B2B sales; IT services sales experience will be preferred.
Proficiency in lead generation, client relationship management, and sales reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
