role & responsibility:-
Supervise and monitor PEB steel structure erection and installation activities at the project site.
Ensure proper installation of columns, rafters, beams, purlins, girts, and bracing systems.
Supervise roofing sheet, wall cladding, flashing, and gutter installation.
Read and interpret PEB structural drawings, erection drawings, and shop drawings.
Ensure proper alignment, leveling, bolting, and installation of structural members.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, fabricators, and site workers.
Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of project activities.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship as per approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material requirement reports.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, equipment, and materials.
Follow site safety procedures,



including working at heights, lifting operations, and use of PPE.
Identify site-related technical issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
Maintain site records, inspection reports, and other project documentation.
Ensure work is completed as per project specifications and quality standards.

Educational Qualification
Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in PEB site execution and steel structure erection.
Experience in roofing, cladding, structural steel installation, and industrial building projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
