Job Title: HSE Officer

Location: Chennai

Experience: 4–9 Years

Job Description:
Implement HSE policies, procedures and safety standards at project sites.
Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments and hazard identification.
Ensure compliance with statutory, client and company HSE requirements.
Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks and awareness programs.
Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain HSE records, reports, checklists and audit documentation.
Conduct internal safety audits and support external/client audits.
Monitor PPE compliance and safe working practices.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors and clients on HSE matters.
Support continuous improvement of site safety performance.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
NEBOSH/IOSH/Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred.
Valuable knowledge of HSE standards and regulations.
Robust communication, documentation and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
