Supervise and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installation works at the project site.
Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, technical specifications, and material submittals.
Coordinate with civil, structural, architectural, and other project teams to resolve site conflicts.
Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to project schedules.
Inspect HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems, as applicable.
Ensure compliance with approved designs, applicable codes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections and coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Identify technical issues, discrepancies,



and clashes and recommend appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and project managers.
Maintain site reports, inspection requests, material records, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
Monitor material requirements, workmanship, and installation quality.
Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress, delays, and technical issues.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
