Capsmash Media is looking for a Content Producer who can handle the complete social media content process — from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery.

What You'll Do
Plan and prepare social media shoots with the senior team.
Execute photo + video shoots on location.
Shoot food, lifestyle, hospitality and interior content.
Handle cameras, lenses, lighting and basic production setup.
Organise and manage shoot data.
Edit photos and videos for social media.
Handle colour correction, basic grading and photo retouching.
Deliver platform-ready Reels, photographs and other content.

Must Have
1+ year of professional shooting experience — not a fresher.
Strong understanding of cameras, lenses, lighting and composition.
Positive knowledge of photography + videography.
Understanding of colour correction and grading.




Solid visual sense and understanding of social media content.
Adobe Premiere Pro + Adobe Lightroom — mandatory.
Photoshop / After Effects knowledge is a plus.

Experience with hotels, resorts, restaurants, lifestyle, fashion or agency content is preferred.
