Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 3+ years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment. Candidates should have solid sourcing, screening, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for technical positions.
Source candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Recruit for Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, and other IT technologies.
Screen candidates and submit qualified profiles to clients.
Work on W2, C2C, and C2H requirements.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, rate negotiations, and placements.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Strong knowledge of US IT staffing processes.
Positive sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
Willingness to work night shifts from our Tolichowki, Hyderabad office.
