Developing and executing BD strategies:

· Creating and implementing business development strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Prepare business plans for 5 years

· Liaise with Government for securing relevant tender prospects

· Get registered with government bodies like R & B Department and others.

· Ensure adequate tender enquiry received as per Business Plan

· Ensure the proper tender submission as per the client requirement

Bid Management and Coordination:

· Working with internal teams (e.g., project managers, engineers, legal) and external parties (e.g., consultants, suppliers) to gather necessary information, develop strategies, and prepare comprehensive bids.

Maintaining Client Relationships:

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs,



and addressing their concerns throughout the bidding process.

· Co-ordinate and obtain completion certificates from client for completed projects

· Working with existing clients, consultants & PMC to secure repeat business and generate referrals.

Developing proposals and presentations:

· Check Pre-Qualification (PQ) document prepared by document team

· Creating compelling proposals, presentations, and other materials to showcase the company's capabilities and secure current projects.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
