Hiring: Shipping & Operations Executive (UAE)

Salary: ₹45,000–₹60,000 per month
Location: Noida (Work From Home)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Weekends: Off

Job Overview

We are looking for an organized and proactive Shipping & Operations Executive to assist our senior team member in managing international shipping, logistics, and customs operations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing end-to-end shipping and logistics operations.
Coordinate with international suppliers, customs agents, freight forwarders, and trucking companies.
Prepare and verify shipping documents, packing lists, and bills of lading.
Monitor shipments, customs clearance, container loading, and delivery schedules.




Follow up on operational issues and ensure timely completion of shipments.
Maintain shipment records and trackers.
Independently handle routine operations in the senior team member's absence.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics, or customs operations.
Knowledge of international shipping documentation and customs procedures.
Positive communication, coordination, and Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and take responsibility for daily operations.
