Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct internal QMS and process audits.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001, procedures and work instructions.
Identify NCs, observations and process gaps and prepare audit reports.
Coordinate Root Cause Analysis, CAPA and 8D for audit findings.
Track corrective actions and verify effective closure.
Maintain audit schedules, checklists, reports and QMS records.
Support customer, certification and surveillance audits.
Monitor recurring NCs and identify continual improvement prospects.
