Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Zoho Implementation Specialist who can understand our business workflow and implement Zoho applications as per our requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating various Zoho modules.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand business needs and map them into Zoho solutions
Implement and customize Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, Creator, Flow, etc.)
Develop automation, workflows, blueprints, dashboards, and reports
Integrate Zoho with third-party tools and internal systems
Migrate data, ensure accuracy, and maintain system hygiene
Train team members on Zoho modules and features
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in Zoho implementation and customization




Robust understanding of business workflows and process mapping
Knowledge of Zoho Deluge scripting (preferred)
Ability to create automation, custom functions, and reports
Positive communication and documentation skills
Problem-solving ability with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
Zoho certifications
Experience with API integrations
Prior experience in ecommerce workflow setup (added advantage)

Job Type: Full time

Work Location: Work from Office

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Zoho Books: 1 year (Required)
