We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to drive sales and build solid customer relationships in Rishikesh location. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned location.
Visit clients/customers to explain and promote company products/services.
Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, dealers, and end customers.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the manager.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with the back-office team for timely delivery and support.
Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and exhibitions if required.

Key Requirements:
Qualification: Graduation
Proven experience in sales or freshers with strong sales interest.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
