Your mission: Own partnerships and drive Joyzen’s growth with healthcare organisations.

What you will do
Lead conversations with hospitals, clinic groups and key decision makers
Plan and execute the business development strategy
Close larger partnerships and manage key accounts
Guide and support the business development team
Share regular progress reports with management

What we need
5+ years in business development, with a proven closing record
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Fluent in Hindi and English
Experience in healthcare or technology is preferred

Work setup: In office, 5 days a week, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
