About the Role:

We are seeking a Warehouse & Dispatch Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, ensure proper storage and handling of products, coordinate dispatches, and ensure timely and accurate delivery to sites.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and verify incoming materials from the factory.
Check quantity, dimensions, quality, and condition against orders or delivery documents.
Maintain accurate stock records and update inward/outward entries.
Ensure proper labeling, stacking, storage, and protection of materials.
Prepare materials for dispatch as per approved orders and schedules.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Accounts, and Site teams for dispatch planning.
Verify materials before loading to ensure correct product, quantity, size,



and finish.
Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle arrangement and dispatch timing.
Supervise secure loading, unloading, and handling of heavy materials.
Prepare and maintain delivery challans and related documentation.
Report shortages, damages, mismatches, or dispatch issues promptly.
Support end-to-end dispatch and delivery coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:
Warehouse management: 2 years (Preferred)
