Position: US Recruiter – IT / Non-IT / Healthcare

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Work Mode: Onsite

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday, Fixed Off)

Experience: 1–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.

Understand client hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.

Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.

Key Requirements:

1–5 years of recruitment experience.

Robust sourcing and screening skills.

Experience handling end-to-end recruitment.

Positive communication and candidate management skills.

Ability to understand and work on multiple hiring requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
