Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to identify current business opportunities, generate leads, and build solid client relationships. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, field visits, and networking
Develop and maintain relationships with current and existing clients
Conduct market research to identify potential customers
Present and explain company products and services to clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow up with clients and close sales deals
Maintain client database and update CRM records
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
0–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Freshers can apply)
Strong communication and negotiation skills




Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Willingness to do field work (if required)

Preferred Candidates
Experience in FMCG, Bakery, Café, Food Industry, or Hospitality
MBA Marketing is an added advantage
Strong networking and client handling skills
