Position: Operations Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end operational activities.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries.
Maintain accurate records and update CRM/operational data.
Prepare reports and documentation.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Support logistics, case processing, and day-to-day operations.




Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.

Required Skills
Excellent typing speed and computer proficiency.
Fast learner with a positive attitude.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable customer service and call management abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Team player with robust organizational skills.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Operations, Customer Support, or Administration is preferred, but freshers with the right skills are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
