Job Responsibilities
Work on the solar PV module manufacturing and assembly process.
Operate production machines and equipment as per SOP.
Perform module assembly, cell/stringing, lamination and related production activities.
Carry out basic electrical testing and inspection of solar modules.
Use electrical testing instruments such as multimeter and clamp meter.
Perform basic electrical wiring, connections and troubleshooting.
Monitor production quality and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
Maintain production records and testing reports.
Follow company safety procedures, quality standards and 5S practices.
Coordinate with the Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
Maintain a clean and secure working workplace.





Required Skills
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.
Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems.
Basic understanding of electrical wiring and testing.
Ability to use electrical testing instruments.
Basic troubleshooting skills.
Positive teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work in shifts.

Experience

0–3 Years
Freshers with ITI Electrical or Diploma Electrical qualification can apply.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
